Assistant Sales Office Manager

Due to an internal promotion this vacancy has arisen to join the growing team at our Minworth, West Midlands office. This role will report directly to our Branch Manager and include the following:

  • Handling calls/e-mails from customer and answering queries including pricing and delivery dates
  • Handling orders received on either phone or e-mail and ensuring details and prices are correct.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered on time.
  • Providing administrative support to the external sales team.
  • Providing administrative support to Branch Manager.
  • Assuming responsibility for the Sales Office in the absence of Branch Manager.
  • Pro-actively contacting customers on phone and e-mail to offer relevant promotions.

 

This role is full time Monday-Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm.

Competitive salary to be discussed at Interview Stage and will be dependent on experience level.
