Project Details: ET Clay were asked by the contractor to assist with brick selection on this project comprising of 3 number 2 story houses is Woodford Green. Our challenge was to propose a brick that was in keeping with the local area to ensure approval by Waltham Forest Council and our Smeed Dean Estuary Yellow fitted the bill perfectly. A modern day alternative to the ‘Yellow Stocks’ that so many buildings local to this site are constructed from, the Smeed Dean Estuary Yellow has helped to create a modern, vibrant building that doesn’t look out of place alongside the more traditional buildings in the local area.
