Project Details: Having previously worked with this client ET Clay were asked again to support them on their new development comprising of three two bedroom terrace houses. The challenge from the client was to select a product that would satisfy local planners whilst still giving the aesthetic appearance to meet the customer needs. After numerous meetings the Lambourne Mixture was selected. The planners and client felt the product blended in with the local area and achieved the contractor needs on price and appearance.
